• Serve as the subject matter expert on Electrical infrastructure, collaborating closely with the Technical Operations team to provide in-depth training across multiple regions, enhancing personnel's operational knowledge, and ensuring consistent improvements in system efficiency.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Reliability Manager to develop and implement reliability management policies and procedures, including design reviews following technical incidents, ensuring compliance with standardized processes and recommending design changes to optimize infrastructure reliability across all sites.
• Conduct regular facility inspections across EMEA, identifying design flaws and technical improvement opportunities in Electrical infrastructure. Lead the development and implementation of corrective design and engineering projects, contributing to a reduction in unplanned downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis of complex technical failures in critical systems such as UPS, high/low voltage distribution, and generators, providing detailed technical insights and suggesting design modifications that drive continuous improvement, enhance system performance, and prevent future failures.

• Led design and maintenance of engineering systems, ensuring compliance with Tata standards and policies, while supporting the development of control hardware and software solutions within the systems department.
• Designed and executed maintenance programs, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, with responsibility for HV activities and maintenance up to 33KV, optimizing equipment design for reliability and performance.
• Developed and managed engineering budgets and expenditures, integrating design improvements to enhance cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness across projects
• Implemented and led design improvement initiatives using methodologies like TPM, 5S, and Kaizen to improve plant safety, performance, and asset reliability, while participating in engineering projects from concept design to execution.
